Rolling on from the success of last week........

Feast your eyes on last week’s pizzas—you clearly enjoyed them, and they’re making a comeback!

But why not take things up a notch? If you're craving something a little more exciting and want to feel like you’re part of an exclusive club, I’ve got a few secret pizzas that are just waiting to be discovered. Keep reading to see what’s on offer this week…

The Bianca Breakfast

At first glance, this one might seem a little unusual, but hear me out—it’s basically a deluxe sausage bap in pizza form. A Bianca base with goat’s cheese, mozzarella, and ricotta, finished with my homemade brown sauce and classic juicy British sausage.

The idea hit me last Friday, just before prep for Pizza Night, while I was making a fresh batch of brown sauce. As the aroma filled the kitchen—tamarind, dates, molasses—I knew it would work beautifully with a creamy, cheesy base. The combination is rich, tangy, and slightly sweet, not too far from a caramelized onion pizza.

The Napoli

This one is personal. It’s the pizza that made me fall in love with Neapolitan pizza. I still remember the night—a long, exhausting day, nothing glamorous, just a spare table set up on the street by the restaurant staff. But the food? Exceptional. And that’s what mattered.

A tomato-based pizza with no cheese, topped with anchovies, black olives, thinly sliced garlic, and capers. It’s salty, briny, and intense—a proper punch in the face, and that’s exactly the kind of food I love.

The Italian-American Classic

A little nostalgic, a little elevated. Growing up, my only experience of pepperoni pizza was one of those Goodfella’s frozen ones from the supermarket—before I ever set foot in Italy. This version is my more sophisticated take on that childhood favorite.

A rosso (tomato) base with pepperoni, black olives, mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan. Bold, cheesy, and just the right amount of indulgent.
