After running a small bakery, shop, and café in Haverfordwest’s struggling high street for a year—nonstop, with no time to pause—I’m taking a step back to refresh, reflect, and find new inspiration. Curiosity Kitchen has always been about more than just food; it’s about discovery, culture, and creativity. Travel has shaped how I cook, blending flavors and techniques from different cuisines to create something unique. While the kitchen is on pause, my journey isn’t—I’m still exploring, learning, and figuring out what’s next.
